I was granted the amazing opportunity to use two of my JERKY recipes for an article, written by Kerrie Lee Brown, in the September 2016 Women's Running Magazine. The reason I created these two recipes was to give people a healthy snack option that they could make at home. This is a great high protein snack, and you will notice that the flavors of the jerky were unique. Both of these jerky's are made in the oven, because lets be real, who owns a smoker or dryer.
