Ever feel like you have no time to cook, let alone it be healthy? I am right there with you. I have found it so hard to prepare meals to take with me to work, or I get so bored of eating the same things. With summer approaching, I like to make easy recipes that are high in protein, low in fat, and also are refreshing.
Strawberry Colada Smoothie
8 oz fresh strawberries, frozen
1 ripe banana, peeled and frozen
1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple
1 (5.3 oz) container coconut Greek yogurt
1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
1 Scoop iSatori Vanilla Protein
Blend all of these together and served chilled!

This chicken salad recipe is so delish and I even modified it so that there is not a cup of mayo!! One cup of mayo has 165g of fat!
Chicken Cranberry Salad
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 cup chopped apple
¼ cup dried cranberries
½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons light or olive oil based mayonnaise
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Stir all of these together and serve cooled on lettuce or rice crackers.
